Who makes the jewellery?
We currently have 2 fully trained metalsmiths.
We also carry work of other designers from North America and abroad.

Do you only have silver jewellery?
The majority of our collection is 925 sterling silver, alone or combined with yellow gold.
We also have handmade pieces in 10k & 14k gold.
We will do custom work in material chosen by customer.
Certain materials we do not do work on eg; titanium and stainless steel.

Do you sell online?
Most of our pieces are "one of a kind" and our stock is always changing,
but we have our landscape and Muskoka line always in stock.
Some of our other artisans do have lines and we can usually order more stock or repeat pieces.
But most customers really appreciate the fact that they are purchasing a "one of a kind" piece
that they will never see on others.

Do you do custom work?
Yes we do, but our minimum is $325.
Having a basic idea of what you would like is always a good idea.
Searching the web is a great place to get ideas.
There is no returns on custom work, and we will work with you to create something unique.

Do you warranty your work?
Our warranty on merchandise is 90 days from date of invoice.
We warranty that our merchandise is free from defects in materials & workmanship.
Warranty does not include damage by accident or misuse or abnormal wear & tear.
As items are handmade, slight imperfections are expected and not warranted.

What is your return policy?
We do not have returns on custom work.
Purchased merchandise may be returned with proof of receipt within 3 weeks of purchase for a store credit or an exchange.
